I'd call Dillon's and try David Fedderly at BBC and ask. They may have what you're looking for.

We needed to do this about two months ago. Call DEG directly - 1-800-558-9416. They overnighted the guides to us. The guides are relatively cheap, but the shipping is expensive - so you might order a couple of sets and keep the extras on hand for the next time.

You may need to find a repair person to trim and install the guides.
But at least you'll have the guides. Good Luck.
