Potomac runs June 20-23 this year (Tuesday - Friday). I am assuming the final concert will be Friday night. I believe that Potomac was shifted off the weekend to allow for ITEC attendance.
ITEC is June 26-30 (Monday-Friday). I am sure I read that competitors are required to arrive early, but I don't think it said how early.
I know of one person who is planning to do both, but I don't know his travel plans. I know there are direct flights on United Saturday morning from Washinton-Dulles (IAD) to Denver that would get you there before noon on Saturday.
Potomac and ITEC overlap?

I don't think the ITEC competitors will have to be in Denver until Sunday. The official website lists the competitions as starting June 25th.
I'm not going to Potomac, but I know loads of people who are, and they are planning on attending ITEC also, and competing if they get in. I don't think the schedules conflict.
