Ballet Music from "Le Cid" (Massenet)

Post by Z-Tuba Dude »

Does anybody know the tuba part for Massenet's "Le Cid" ballet music. I played it years ago, but have forgotten whether it is a good part, or not.
Anybody familiar with it? Is it a meaty part? Fun to play? (I am hoping!) :?

Thanks!

It's a lot of fun, not that difficult, meaty, and not boring. I don't have a copy of it but I enjoyed playing it about 20 years ago.

This is a fun work. Nothing really high or low and only a couple of spots with tricky rhythms.
