A friend of mine had a Guard gigbag for his trombone and it virtually self destructed after a year of normal (read serious musician) use. He finally had the thing covered with duct tape. I got one of those funky looking "Gig" gigbags used off squeeze-bay for my bass trombone and have had problems with the zippers and otherwise - not to mention a crumpled bell on one tour.
You get what you pay for - don't go cheap on your bag / case.

You probably won't find one that will just scream "HEY...this is a case for a Kalison DS," so...do this:

1. Measure the bell and length of your tuba (you did that already)
2. Find a case you're interested in somewhere
3. Compare your measurements to the measurements of the instrument the case was designed for (easily found online)
4. Buy whichever one fits
