Do you know any good recordings of Jan Koetsier's Sonatina, and where I can get it?

Toby Hanks recorded this on his Sonata CD. The bad news is that this CD has been difficult to find. The good news is Toby sent me a whole case of them - I have not put it on my web site yet but it will sell for $8.50 plus postage. Suchadeal!
