Someone in grad school tried to tell me he played the tuba to Schubert's Unfinished Symphony. I told him there was no such part. But in one of the music history books I studied for my comps, it said that after 1823, Schubert wrote a "fill-in" ophicleide part for everything he wrote from that point in time. Now to find the parts!
