This is the creme de la creme of euphoniums. The Hirsbrunner Stealth is premium version of the Hirsbrunner Exclusive model with 14k gold plated tuning slides, valve caps, & mouthpiece reciever. The Stealth has a special black nickel plating on the horn itself. No heavy, overly-thick paint to muffel the sound.

I've played the HBE for about 5 years now, used to play the Willson 2900, have played a Besson 967 in high school. The HBE gets by far the biggest sound of these or any other horn in my opinion (emphasis on biggest, not darkest). In comparison with the brief experiences I've had with the standard bell, the sound on the HBE is much warmer and less direct.
