Bruce Nelson has been at my office researching this for a few years. I have been in contact with the publisher and was just informed a few days ago that it has been printed - in Germany! A couple cases are on the way to me (as of this morning). There is a description of the book on my web page but I would rather start taking orders when the books arrive. I'll post here when they arrive.

I have seen a few drafts of this but not the final book. It looks great!
