Hi folks, just have a question about what would be used as a good switching mouthpiece for tenor tuba when my main guns on contrabass are MF3 and MF4.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks.

Well, I like the big dark sound I'm getting from my horn with my MF mouthpieces, I would assume a smart move would be to try and make similar dark sound on the euph, so I guess sounding more like a tubist on euph rather than just a euph only sound.

I don't see a whole lot of relationship between what I use on tuba and what I use on euphonium. But since you ask, I, too use a MF3 on my CC tuba. For euphonium I use a Shilke 52D. It doesn't sound or feel anything like my tuba mouthpieces, but you asked.
