Weltklang was the name for instruments made for east germany out of the B&S factory.
Nice looking horn Herr Bloke.

When I was stationed in Berlin with the 298th (U.S.) Army Band I had many opportunities to go outside the Wall into East Berlin. I bought a few musical instruments at a shop in Alexanderplatz. Technically, we were supposed to be incognito when we went to East Berlin, using only first names (even with officers), not divulging our military occupations, and not wearing name tags. But when you see a man carrying a tuba or a contrabass trombone, it's a sure guess this man is a musician. All of the instruments I bought in East Berlin were "Weltklang." I believe they used that name long before they used the "B&S" name. They are one in the same, or were.

Fascinating horn! The location of the lead pipe looks like one would have to wear it to play it. I don't see a way to sit and play the horn on a stand.

It looks great, bloke. What kind of valve is the fifth? It looks like a Hagmann, but they don't make it for tubas.
