Filas Sonata

The second movement of the Filas Sonata seems to be missing a "senza sordino" marking. The are "con sordino" markings in both measures 66 and 180, but no senza in between. Does anyone know where this should be?
Also, I'm not sure whether the 8va in measure 93 means to take the notes up or down an octave. I guess it would mean to take them up, but it seems unnecessary since the notes are already fairly low in the staff. The marking would make a lot more sense if it meant to take them down an octave.
