If you are about the same level as I am, the 1st movment of Vaughan Williams Concerto would be about right. If thats to though, try Gregson's Concerto or Haddad's "Suite for Tuba", and Wilder's "Effie Suite". Von Koch's Monolog nr.9 is also a nice piece.

Listen to CDs of your favourite tubists and pick solos from them. Most of them you'll be able to do if you work hard for a couple of months. Not on the same level as they do, but near enough.
