It is possible and would not take much time at all by someone who knows what they are doing with a lathe and has the proper taper/dimsensions of the euro shank

I once cut a small shank trombone mouthpiece down to fit in an alto horn (Hindemith Alto Horn Sonata) and it was releatively easy to do... the cut not the Hindemith.

I have a remington mouthpiece I use on Euph , it fits tenor and bass trombones also , dont use it very often , very good for projection. It was made in the early 1990's. am looking to sell it if anyone is interested.pm for details

Years ago, I bought a small shank Eb tuba w/o a mouthpiece. I took an old beat up mouthpiece to my cousin's machine shop and made it fit.
Its not hard to do.
