Does anybody know the grade level of this piece, and does anybody know of a CD with a recording of it on it. I feel like trying it out.

It is fairly easy, but does have a very short section that goes to D above the staff. I really like the piece. In many ways it is easy like a grade 3, but the range and some musicality issues rate a more difficult piece. FWIW, I typically use it for Freshman or sophomore music education majors in my college studio, or as a piece for learning bass tuba (although I think it sounds best on a BBb or CC). It is similar to "Lento" by Holmes.
