Anyone know where I can get a gig bag for a 3/4 tuba - 16" bell & 36-38" long without having to wait until pigs fly? I've had one on order going on 2 months now, but all I get are emails telling of another delay. Thanks.

Yes, Joe is still at the middle school. He and his family go to my church. He's a real nice guy & a heckuva 'bone player.

Which model horn, are there other brand names and model numbers it was sold under, and which type valves do you need to accomodate?
If you enjoy researching, you should find something suitable on the auction site, including German and UK sites.
A few online, classified sites are below. You might get lucky or chance posting a "wanted to buy" ad.
Happy hunting.

I believe Glen Cronkhite has a 2 week turn-around for cases. He can make any size you want. He probably has your dimensions in his system already. If not it wont slow him down much. All the bags I've ever owned are his, and I've never had one problem. He USED TO be affiliated with Reunion Blues (his cases dont dye your horn weird colors) He is located in Berkley CA. If you need a custom case, he's the guy to talk to. (Hopefully he isn't who you are waiting to get your case from, I've never had a time issue with him) His website is.. go figure...

I'm still on my quest for a bag for my Amati ABB323, but I cancelled my order at WWBW since all they do is email me about further delays, but I appreciate those of you who have offered suggestions, etc. I am now officially a disgruntled customer.
