Question about Bell Books

Is "The Bell Scales: The William Bell Daily Routine for Tuba" included in the Bell Complete Tuba Method, or are they 2 separate things. AND NO LAUGHING IF YOU THNK THIS IS A STUPID QUESTION! NON RIDE!*
