Eb Tuba Loan Or Rent??

A friend of mine is coming from German to Bloomingdale, New Jersey on August 12 to participate in the Star Lake Music Camp. He currently plays a Yamaha YEB-321 (Eb) but prefers not to fly with it. Is anyone in the area willing to loan or rent a same or similar horn to him for a week?
