I don't want to make any assumptions. Did Andy Miller win the audition?? If so, congrats!!!!

Once again, Congrats to Andy Miller. I look forward to hearing him with the symphony. Hmmmm....perhaps I will get some lessons with him. I sure wish I had studied with Steve Dumaine while he was here.
Question...
How does everybody know who won? Did you hear from someone who auditioned? Did you audition? Is there a secret tuba society that I am unaware of?

(jk) I feel out of the loop.
Does anyone know who went to the local audition? I heard that they were asked back to the cattle-call.

I heard Jethro played pretty well *yeehaw!!!
I suspect Jethro and Bubba stayed at home. I was wondering if perhaps someone like Mike Dunn from UA or Scott Robertson (a name I was only introduced to recently) auditioned. I also heard that Mike Dunn may have encouraged a couple of his students to try out. Keep in mind, this is what I *heard* and it may not be fact.
