TubeNet

So, my 1291 has been doing something wierd lately. I've noticed that the 2nd and 3rd valve are leaking water/spit/moisture/something out the TOP of the valve (not the bottom). So there's some accumlation of moisture on my valve caps and my valve pads. It get a little splashy every once in a while, so I'm a little concerned. My horn isn't at a 90 degree angle with my legs when I play, it leans slightly forward, so I figure that might be part of the problem.

Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know how to fix it?
