I just wan to know if anyone was had a good experience with one or many and are they worth the money?

If you play a PT regular MP, the + is really worth it. I tried it once, and I remember how nice it was. I wish I could get a PT-36+, but it is quite expensive.

recently (4 months ago) switched to PT mouthpieces. I love them. I use a PT50+ for my CC and a PT64 for F. Both are very even throughout the range of the horn, have no pitch issues, and fit my face well. Granted those can all change from player to player, but I recommend these mouthpieces, and agree with the opinion of the last post saying the + is better (I had a PT50 as well at first, and much prefer the + version)

I had played on various mouthpieces for various occasions. Hellebergs, Miraphone 31's, a bunch of different Yamahas, etc.

I switched to a PT-72, and its by far and away the best moutpiece I've ever owned. It sounds awesome and is really comforterable to play into.

I've played on an 88+ as well, and it sounded good. Seems that some of the + models are a little bit harder to belt out low notes if your lips aren't in good shape.

They have like a week return policy. Don't like the mouthpiece - send it back, etc. Or order a couple with the intention of just keeping one.

the PT+ mouthpieces make you work a bit more, that's for sure. however, my personal experiences prove that the sound is better than on regular mouthpieces. in other words, the same work and lip strength that you could build on a regular mouthpiece seems to have a better sound on the heavier weighted mpcs.
