I currently own the Korg TM-40 Metronome-Tuner and I find it quite handy. It is small and without a doubt portable. The tuner side is able to pick up a pedal C. The metronome side has a lot of the same features as the Korg Metronomes and is quite nice.
The only problems I've run into are a) battery life and b) stupid buttons. The thing can eat through batteries, but I'm talking about a set of batteries every few months (depending on how often you use it), instead of a year or two. Also, because the buttons protrude from the device, I've taken it out of my gig bag multiple times to find it already on. always good for battery life too. I've been meaning to get some sort of hard case for my Korg, but alas, I'm a lazy bum.

im about to fall asleep but all I have to say is I own the Korg Tm40 tuner metronome....and Im happy with it though I dont use the tuner too much anymore. I use my ears for the most part heh. I have found it to come on once on its own in my first couple of months but other than that it works fine. BTW my friend bought one at a different store and it had pads to put beside the on/off buttons so it didnt turn on by itself.
