Last weekend the Los Angeles Philharmonic played the Berlioz Requiem. Below are a couple of pictures of the tuba and low brass sections (minus one trombone). All in all, I believe there were eight trumpets, seven horns, eight trombones and four tubas, most separated in four groups antiphonally throughout Disney Hall, with the horns and Norm on stage.
