Whales for Unaccamponied Tuba, anyone?

Would anyone have a copy of "Whales for Solo Tuba" by I. Mitsuoki that they would be able to send to me? Not an original, a copy would be just fine. I know it's out-of-print, and all my previous attempts to secure a copy proved fruitless.
