Also, the screws that hold the triggers on the rotors keep coming loose while playing, and I haven't found how to replace them yet from the seller. I don't expect to keep this in playing condition forever, but would like to make it last until the two of us are a little more financially stable, or until someone buys our one excess ancient sousa. Any suggestions?

This is "removable" stuff; "red" Loctite needs extreme measures (like lots of heat) to remove.
I don't know which type of mouthpiece shank you have; perhaps it's the "medium" shank? (larger than tenor trombone, but smaller than bass trombone). This is also known as "European shank" or "Willson shank". Most mainstream mouthpiece manufacturers (Denis Wick, Bach, Schilke, etc.) offer them. I just checked and Kelly offers the shank size in their polycarbonate (plastic) mouthpieces also.
