I haven't searched extensively for this yet but I have a feeling that there is no tuba part for this work....
Can anyone verify this?
Thanks!

I believe there is a version for Concert Band with a pretty good tuba part. I don't know the arranger, but the Coast Guard band has played a few times.

If I'm not mistaken, that same one recorded by Grimethorpe was the sightreading for my audition at Faireys! Pretty much walked into the bandroom, picked up a horn, and then had the Major look at me and say 'Right! Le Carnival Romain'--and we were off! I guess it went well--I was offered the 2nd BBb spot the next day!
At any rate, it's hard as all get out and just a gas to play......honestly, that was the first piece I played with the band and only the 2nd time I had EVER played with a brass band?!! Talk about trial by fire?!!
Missing my banding days,
