There are several Tuba-totin' Texans who monitor this site. Hopefully you can get some ideas shortly regarding a teacher. (which is a great approach).
There are numerous recommended books for scales/etudes/warmups/etc. You might try using the "search" function (up above, towards the top/middle of your screen. But if you're just getting started, anything will do -- you might even check your local music store for high-school level books that feature various scales and etudes.
But searching this site for posts about "practice" "exercises" etc will yield numerous suggestions.
