You might search tubenet for a lengthy conversation we had a few months ago on this very subject, one that I originated.
If you don't care to go for the meat of the subject, here is the capsule: I bought the Neotech [on advice from some users, and on the low price-point]. I found it absolutely worthless on my Mira-186 and arranged to send it back to WWBW. I subsequently spoke with TubaTinker about his MW Tuba Harness, which he kindly loaned me to try it out. It worked like a charm and I bought Dan's harness. It is a truly well-built-and-designed , heavy-duty piece of serious equipment. I recommend it as strongly as I DON'T recommend the Neotech!
