A very weird thing happened while I was practicing

Let me fist start out by saying that I can find nothing unusual with the situation. I was not dehidrated. I was not light headed in any significant way (sometimes I find myself lightheaded after this or that, but nothing that would be dangerous or something), there were no gas leaks, there was no extreme tempurature.
I was playing an etude, and I just finished. Just stopped playing. The next thing I know I'm on my hand and knees, my vision is shaking, and I have a fleeting image in my head of hold my tuba oddly. After a few moments of trying to get my bearings, I relize I am not holding my tuba. It is 3 or 4 feet away. Amazingly, the only injuries it suffered were some moderate crinkling of the bell and some shallow dents and scratches on the outer bowing. I have been playing and practicing a lot for about 10 years now. Never has anything like this, or even potentially like this hapened to me before. I suppose I have no reason - under the conditions - to susspect that it could have been related in some fasion to playing. Other than see a doctor, does anybody have any advice, information or anything about what on earth this may have been? Again, I realize that medical advice is necesary at this point. Any ideas?
