I've been having the same problem, except I ordered mine in June and never got any word on them doing it. I've called at least 8 times since then, still nothing. Too bad they're the only leather crafters that can do Tuba guards that I've found so far online.

Seriously, that doesn't sound like Larry at all. Something must be wrong over there. I haven't heard anything about any health problems or such.
