Hey,
I'm looking for a Christmas tuba solo with band. The director asked if "You're a mean one Mr. Grinch" was available, but he would be open to anything Xmasy.
Have fun,
Bill

Great version of "O Holy Night" for Eb and brass band by Bulla. It's definately worth checking out.

Yes, I have played that one and it is great fun! It includes two parts, one in treble clef for Eb bass and a second in bass clef for bass trombone, or tuba. The second part is more difficult in that it goes into the real high register and includes a better cadenza.
Needless to say I played the the bass clef part

There is a collection:
Let Heaven and Nature SWING, arr. Don Marsh
Pub. by Genevox
The book is a Book/CD, music minus one, instrumental version. There is also a Choral version - If I'm not mistaken, the orchestration for the choral version will work with the instrumental version. Contact Genevox directly for specifics.
the solo part is in Bb, Eb, F and bass clef - so, fairly versatile. The arrangements are pretty good, not too technically demanding, but fun. Good for holiday pops.
