Reputation is such that Texas has a very good high school music educator's association. Have you asked your band director for a referral? Have you contacted your local/regional colleges for faculty referrals/placements?
Getting in with lessons with a prof at a prospective college/university, even with three more years to go, is a good way to make connections to get auditions and, if you do well, recommendations for college scholarships.
