Book: Mr. Bell Remembered, where can I purchase a copy?

Post by Norm in Bellevue »

About three years ago, I purchased a copy from someone--wish I remembered who. It wasn't Carol Nowicke. I loaned it out, and it's gone forever. I'd like to replace it as there are B/W pics in it of people I knew when I was at IU in the late '60s. Although the text is archived on the ITEA website, those old pics aren't there. Anyone know who still might be selling hard copies? I seem to recall paying $15.00 for mine.
Thanks.

I studied with Mr. Bell briefly in 1967, and I was pleased to be able to buy a copy of "Mr. Bell Remembered" from Dave Fedderly at Baltimore Brass.

Well, we were there at the same time, then. I was still playing bass trombone at that time, and studied with Lewis Van Haney--a terrific teacher. I remember seeing Prof. Bell around the music bldg. occasionally, and I saw his combo play in some Bloomington bar. What a treat that was! Thanks for the info.
