My student just got one last week. They really have created a horn with a big low end, but I still found it to be quite versatile in the high. It has good intonation, and responds quickly. It is along the line of the big Willsons in that you don't get a lot of feedback from the horn itself (vibration, blow-back) to let you know how loudly you are playing. It's an easy blower, and a fine instrument. BTW, my student is 6'6" and needed a horn to fit his body. It looks very right on him, and he feels great playing it.
