Calling all Stravinsky fans

I have been looking for a specific video for a very long time and thought maybe some of you had heard of/seen this. the video I am looking for is a PBS broadcast that was part of their great performances series back in the 80s i believe. It is entitled "Dance in America" The Search for Nijinksky's Rite of Spring.
I haven't gone diving real deep but what I've found is that the ballet company that it was performed by didnt give pbs the right to distribute tapes of that program. I know a professor who actually contacted the ballet company and was given the run around, denying the existence of any such program. He randomly caught it on tv and recorded it.. the tape fast degrading.. already to a point where picture quality is far from decent.
If anyone has any information on this recording, or if someone has a copy of it, I am very interested in it. The value behind being able to watch the original choreography to such an influential piece shouldn't need to be explained. PM me if you have any information on where I could obtain a copy. Any help is much appreciated.
