The link's not working . I am so disappointed. I was really up to hear Ms. Carol-even if I can't see her in her bumble bee suit.

Most importantly, you need Real Player to listen.
clik on the small black headphone logos neat the bottom of the page. It worked for me and I'm using IE7

Like Ryan stated, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you should see 3 sets of headsets. Click on one of them to start the stream (or download). Or.... here's a direct link to Estrellita real-audio soundfile:

Hartley Unaccompanied Suite
There's also a really nice transcription of O Isis And Osiris by Winston Morris if you can find it. Not too technically demanding, but if you can pull off the musicality, you should score big.
Also the Vaughan-Williams Six Studies in English Folksong.

From what you wrote I can´t really tell what you´d be able to handle.
Concerto #1 by Lebedev is a reasonably challenging but manageable piece, I think. (Lots of air provided)

ill vouch for his majesty the tuba. i played it in a solo both for a scholarship and for a competition and got high remarks on everything. the beginning can be as lyrical as you want. the middle is a little complex but easy when you learn it. and the codenza/ end is also very lyrical. if you choose this piece you will do very good.
