There's also a really nice transcription of O Isis And Osiris by Winston Morris if you can find it. Not too technically demanding, but if you can pull off the musicality, you should score big.
Also the Vaughan-Williams Six Studies in English Folksong.

From what you wrote I can´t really tell what you´d be able to handle.
Concerto #1 by Lebedev is a reasonably challenging but manageable piece, I think. (Lots of air provided)

It starts pretty dark, then goes through a number of variations. Wonderful contest Piece. About a grade 5 (out of 6)

ill vouch for his majesty the tuba. i played it in a solo both for a scholarship and for a competition and got high remarks on everything. the beginning can be as lyrical as you want. the middle is a little complex but easy when you learn it. and the codenza/ end is also very lyrical. if you choose this piece you will do very good.
