tuba/euphonium duets

i realize i can use cello duets or any bass clef duets, but i was wondering if you know of any duets writtten for tuba and euphonium

difficulty is not really an issue, but preferably a level 5-6 difficulty

David Werden did quite a nice set over the summer that we currently publish by W A Mozart. The piece is Sonata, KV. 292 and is set in three movements. We publish three versions and each is iin a different key:

Euphonium Duet
Tuba Duet
Euphonium and Tuba (duet)

They can be found on the homepage by searching "mozart" or "sonata" or "werden" etc.

We will also be publishing a nice set of duets from Handel's Flute Sonatas in January. This will be available at the Army-Tuba Conference. It is quite hard, but quite musical and playable at the same time!

Its kinda cheesy, but there is the Bi-valve suite by Walter Hartley. Bi-valve does not refer to 2 valves.

Sean Greene at http://beautideljazz.com/]Beautidel Music Press has two books of progressive duets in "swing, rock, salsa and funk". They come in either tuba or euphonium octave, but are in the same key.

I've been reading them with a euphonium friend and enjoying them.

The Tuba Source Book should have a list and a short description of exactly what you're looking for. That's where I found tuba/euph duets in between dodging pterodactyls.
