Has anyone heard of this mouthpiece? the B&S-18 It came with my horn, and works very well with me. but i cant seem to find it anywhere on the internet. it came with my PT6 when i got it from custom.

this mouthpiece is definatly not a 48 or a 50. It is stamped B&S 18 with the 1 looking exactly as it does on this screen. It looks similar to a bach 18.

It's not a PT. It's exactly what it says, a B&S 18 (there are also "Melton" versions as they're both made by Herr Meinl's company). As you suspect, it's a Bach 18 copy. I have one myself. I also have a B&S 24AW. They're actually a larger-than-Bach shank mpc that are better machined/finished than most Bachs I've seen in a long time. Enjoy! If you like an 18 on your horn, it's the one to use.
Yes, I have got MELTON 18 and B&S 24AW mouthpieces. I would say they are based on the Bach of the same designation. They provide a good sound - I sometimes pull out for brass band playing where their sound seems just right.
BTW I actually prefer the B&S 24AW to the PT-24+
