Fame & Fortune/Huffer Tuba part needed

Our community band has Fred Huffer's "Fame and Fortune March", but the Bb Bass part is treble clef. It appears to be written for euphonium(?). The tuba part is absent from our files.
What we have indicate 1940 publication by Chart Music Publishing House, Chicago. The originals are "flip sized" music.
Can someone provide me with a copy of the bass clef tuba part to this march?
