Welcome!

Wow, you're just getting started. I didn't add tuba until I was 16 (had been playing trombone for about 6 years before that).

Standard greeting for a newbie: "Use the search button." ;) There's a wealth of knowledge here, some better than the rest (of course), so take it all in, and put it all together how you see fit.

And, of course, always have fun. That's what music is about, after all.

Welcome to the place, PCGeek! Stick around. There's a lot to be learned, here. I know I have learned a good deal. Ask questions. Share your experiences.

This website is really great for info on any ranger of subject. Oh, btw, I'm 17 with about 4 years of tuba playing with 1 year of trombone behind that. (I know play the bass bone in jazz bands) Anyways, enjoy yourself.

Have you found time to work out one of your personal fav's, "Let the Bodies Hit the Floor", on the tuba :?:
I hear that song and I want to find the anti-terrorist video again -- it just rocks!
