Just to be clear, do you mean bass tuba (F or Eb) as opposed to contrabass tuba (CC or BBb)? If so, I dont' think there is a list. There are some general "rules of thumb" (e.g works by Berlioz and Mendelssohn usually work better on the bass tuba, etc.).

Frr the tenor tuba, start hereL http://www.dwerden.com/eu-books-ee.cfm.

If such a list exists, I am not aware of it. I believe the choice to use bass tuba or contrabass tuba is left to the performer's discretion.

With the exception of some of the Germanic repertoire, it seems that bass tuba vs. contrabass tuba is usually not dictated, but is rather, a matter of personal choice.

If to use a bass tuba for specific works seem to be a lot due to local custom.

To take one example, my understanding is that Wagner's Meistersinger Overture is in Germany usually played on F tuba, in the UK on Eb, and in the USA on CC, while in Russia they have traditionally played virtually everything on BBb.

Even in particular countries, which to use will depend largely on player discretion and include considerations of venue acoustics and tonal preferences of the conductor.
