I have been looking and haven't even been able to find the composer's name... let alone where I can buy it.

Kling, Henri Adrien Louis (1842 - 1918)

You can find a free, gratis, version for band here:

http://www.csudh.edu/oliver/clarmusi/clarmusi.htm

About halfway down the page.

Forgot to mention that it's "Elephant und Mücke"--"Elephant and the Fly".

Try googling for

"Elephant and the fly" Kling and you'll get lots of hits.

If you are referring to the printed music, I think it has been out of print for at least 50 years. I bought it and gave it to my old band in Houston (back in the 80's). It was found at Brook Mays. They might be able to help you. BTW, it is a 'cute' duet with piccolo (but that part is for Db piccolo and has to be transcribed, if the player doesn't play Db). It is a syrupy melody in the first part, followed by a rolicking turn, that does not require any valves (all open - or almost all open).

I thought the link herein contained would lead to a printable copy of it, but I didn't have any luck.
