If you can't find an exact replacement, any extra large, gorilla-sized ring could serve if a tech attached it-a super bowl sized ring. 
I had to buy my wife-to-be a "motel ring" the day before our wedding because the jeweler was an idiot and failed to have her real ring in time. She still has it. Love is strange.
