Cerveny Piggy: Serial Number?

So I've been trying to find a horn that won't cost more than $4,000 and I was lucky enough to talk with Melissa Williams (Butler U) whom I took lessons from in high school, and she is trying to sell her Cerveny Piggy CC 4 rotor.

I have the horn right now, and it's a pretty nice horn. She won't win prom queen, but she's got all the right moves.

I've been trying to find the serial number and I noticed a 5 digit number on the cross bar supporting the keys for the rotors (23402) next to the 4th and so I figured that this must be the serial number. In any case, I wanted to see if any of you can tell me if there is any information that can be gleaned from the number (for example: approximate date of manufacture).

It's not as nice as the PT-6 that I used to have (God I miss that horn) but this is better than the no horn situation i've been in for the past 3 years.

As a side note, if you bought a B&S PT-6 about 7 years ago from some guy that used to be in the SoM at IU while you were living in Columbia, South Carolina and are interested in selling it back to me, I will pay top dollar!
