Tommy Johnson tribute concert

I heard a rumor (at this time unconfirmed) that Tommy Johnson's December 3rd tribute concert at USC is going to be broadcast tonight (Sunday) on the university's radio station KUSC. There are online listening options available:

It's supposed to take place at 8:00 p.m. PST. The program listed for that time slot is Thornton Center Stage, but it doesn't detail program content. If anyone could record this, either from a live radio broadcast or perhaps off the internet-based stream, please contact me.

I'm listening to it (the link) right now, and they just announced that it will indeed be broadcast on the Thornton Center Stage program. I don't know how to "record" it to local disk.

Okay... I'm sure this is going to break some copyright law out there so beware! I searched the internet for "recording internet streams" and found this web page. I have not read the article or tested anything...

Yeah, I ripped the stream too. 96K broadcast, though, so the quality's a bit dodgy in places. Also, they didn't broadcast the entire concert. I'd LOVE to make the entire concert available on tommyjohnson.org, but that would cause some BIG problems with the musician's union. We may at some point find a work-around, but for now, I can't do much about people ripping and posting files for others to enjoy.
