You are best to get one from one of the addresses given above. I have seen this book for sale on Ebay at more than the new price!

The second edition is relatively new and is published by Bevan thorugh his own imprint, which is Piccolo Press (see link already posted). The original edition, published by Scriveners, seems to be rare and the quoted prices are enormous. I seriously doubt anyone actually pays those prices, especially now that the second edition is out. The first edition is in hard cover with a yellow jacket and a French C tuba on the jacket. The second edition is in trade paper with a white cover and an old lithograph of a helicon and player.
