I have the Snedecor and Wrobleski books and I do play other studies down one or two octaves. Any more recommendations for low register studies?

Tried & true:
Rochut-Bordogni played down 2 octaves.
Another good one is to take out your hymnal and turn to number (whichever) and play the bass part down 2 octaves.

It's been a long time, and I lent mine to someone and never saw it again, but...
I believe there's a book of low register etudes by Greg Fritze, published by ITEA, and, if memory serves correctly, it won a competition in 94 or 95 or so for new etudes. Great book.

Play Bach's Cello Suites down an octave.
On a BBb/CC tuba use Eb/F fingerings on a piece of your choice - will drop you down a 4th, but totally screw up your head if you use your ear in conjunction with your fingers to locate your notes.
