I would drop the double tongueing and scales exercises unless they were specifically asked for by the audition committee. Double tongueing may sound impressive in person, but on a tape they bore listeners to tears.

Put some good music on there with a great sound and great music and great technique. Also get a pianist to accompany you on the tape with those solos. Lastly, if you have the means, don't send a tape at all but a CD instead if they allow it.
