Program notes for my criminal tuba recital!

I am looking for some neat information to include in my program notes about the Bach Flute Sonate No. 2 and perhaps some information on it evolving into a piece that has been performed by many tubists. Any ideas?

I think I remember someone saying that Baadsvik played this tune on a recent recital. I'm sure he had some interesting things to say about it. Was anyone there?
