I was perusing the Miraphone website looking for the specs on a particular mouthpiece I have. I found this interesting:
www.miraphone.de wrote:Mouthpiece: TU25, Tuba Rose Orchestra / cup: very deep / cup depth: 45,7 mm (1,799 inch) / bore: 8,2 mm (0,323 inch) / cup diameter: 32,7 mm (1,287 inch) / silver plated

Mouthpiece: TU26, Tuba / cup: deep / cup depth: 41,0 mm (1,614 inch) / bore: 8,2 mm (0,323 inch) / cup diameter: 32,9 mm (1,295 inch) / High grade steel

Mouthpiece: TU27, Tuba Rose Solo / cup: shallow / cup depth: 37,9 mm (1,492 inch) / bore: 8,2 mm (0,323 inch) / cup diameter: 33,0 mm (1,299 inch) / silver plated

A year has gone by. Miraphone still has the TU26 on their website. But it is not on wwbw or hornguys web site. I'd also be interested in the TU41, but those seem to be in short supply in the USA too ... except for the high-dollar, gold plate, diamond encrusted listing on wwbw (which is not in stock either). Is Bill Gates buying up all the Miraphone mouthpieces?
