Major General on Accordian

If you read the caption in this USA today article, it seems that we now have a Major General (2 Stars) playing accordion with the Army Band.

Army Maj. Gen. Manuel Bobenrieth, who plays for the U.S. Army Band, plays the accordion in Quincy, Mass., Sunday.

 It only seems right that our very own Sean (as a Tuba Player) should at least be a Lt General (3 Stars) if not a full General.

I saw the same story on CNN.com. Notice how they screwed up his rank in the picture's caption. He is a Sergeant Major. They called him a Major General in the picture's caption. That is about a $74,000/year difference, among other perks.

If I bump into him at work I will congratulate him on his promotion to General Officer.
